Mental Health Grace Groups (2018-2019)
Living Grace and Family Grace are support groups - Grace Groups - that meet weekly. Living Grace is meant for the individual who is living with the pain of dealing with difficult mental and emotional issues; Family Grace is for the individual who has a loved one who struggles with these issues. You’ll find it to be a warm, caring and confidential environment, and will come to see your Grace Group as an “oasis” on your journey. There are three key parts to your support group experience: faith – what the Bible says; fact – to help you manage your illness; and future – to let you take steps to take control of your life.
Grace Groups meet weekly on Tuesdays from 7-8:30 p.m. They will take some time off during the holidays and then resume again around the first of February through mid-May. Classes will meet in the Commons building (332 E. Seminary Ave., Wheaton, on the south side of Seminary). The $20 fee covers the cost of materials. (If you are a Grace Group alumnus, plan to go through the class again and already have the workbook, please uncheck the box under "Registration Fee" and complete your registration.
